Coachtel
A Coaching Service for Managers and Union Representatives

Included with all our LTD plans
(a Posaction®Plus service provided by Solareh)

Situations in which a manager or union representative might use Coachtel:
  • You are a manager or union representative and you need help understanding an employee or member behavioural issue;
  • You have a difficult situation in your team and you feel that all the resources available to resolve the problem have been exhausted;
  • You have a co-worker who is going through a difficult situation and you feel that all the resources available to resolve the problem have been exhausted;
  • You are having difficulty managing an employee, or see a member in distress who seems to be affected by mental health problems;
  • You have developed an action plan to resolve a problematic situation and you want to validate it with a professional;
  • You are a union representative or manager and want to meet with a member or employee who is having a problem but you don't know how to make the meeting a positive experience.

The Coachtel service is 100% confidential. No information concerning your call can be disclosed to anyone without your written consent.

In a unionized environment the service may help address a difficult situation by providing dispassionate input to a common problem, and by assisting with the application of proven problem resolution techniques. Individual calls remain 100% confidential, unless the parties express a desire to engage in a conference call.

Also included is a Professional Assistance Referral service. Managers and/or union representatives can refer employees who they feel may benefit from talking to a professional about difficulties or problems they may be experiencing. This service is included as part of our LTD plans. Find out more HERE.
